VETRIQ is system-agnostic by design. We've integrated with NextGen, Athena, XIFIN, homegrown systems, and most major lockbox providers. Each customer gets connected via the integration method that fits their setup. Your team works in one VETRIQ workflow regardless of what's underneath.

Standard implementation includes automated bots that pull remittances from secondary clearinghouses and payer portals. For lockbox providers we have direct integrations or accept file feeds. SFTP is the primary method; some customers use API.

For existing setups with major lockbox providers, under a week. New integrations or unusual configurations take longer — we scope each customer specifically during the discovery call.

Pricing depends on customer count, volume, and integration tier (manual / batch / real-time API). We map this together during the discovery call so the proposal reflects your actual operation.
